  • Are the covers for any phone model?
Yes! Ask us for stock detailing your phone brand and model at info@guestmembers.co or by Instagram direct inbox: @shop.guest
  • Are the covers and straps purchased separately?
Yes! On one hand, you choose the case according to your phone brand and model. On the other, you choose the strap that you like the most. This is because you might already have a cover and only need a strap, or already have straps and just need a cover. Therefore, for your convenience, the purchase of each product is individual.
  • Do I need to download the Lightroom app?
Yes, these are Mobile Lightroom Presets, meaning you need to download the free Lightroom app in your mobile to use them.
  • How do I receive the presets when confirming the purchase?
When you confirm the purchase we will send you an email with the details of your purchase and you will see the DOWNLOAD button right next to the purchased preset (you can see an image for reference at the end of this answer). Click "download" to save the .zip file to your phone's documents. If you made a purchase for several Presets, you must click on the "download" button of each one of them. For more information on how to install them, please review the following query: "How do I install presets in the Lightroom app?". You also have all the information in each preset's page.
  • How do I install the presets in the Lightroom app?
When you make the purchase we'll give you a link to download the pack. You must have the Lightroom app installed in your cellphone.Just click on the link, download the items and save them in the files on your phone. You'll see 3 files as this pack contains 3 presets. Then, you must do this with each of the 3 files: Click on the item, click on the option to “share/open with”, choose Lightroom app (in that moment it will give you the option to launch the app, accept that option). Once in the Lightroom app you'll see a new photo that appears with the preset's name on it (like a cover), that's the file you just exported. You have to click on that photo to open it and choose the option "create preset" in the three dots that appear on the top right margin. Then, write a name for the preset and which style is it to easily identify it (for example: Guest White Contrast) and accept. That's it, your preset is now installed! Do the same with the other two presets left. Now, you just have to choose a photo you want to edit and apply the preset of your choice. For more details about how to take the most of your presets, visit our highlighted story "PRESETS" in our Instagram profile: @guestmembers You can also see a tutorial on each preset's page. You can now edit like a pro!
  • Can I edit on the computer with these Lightroom Presets?
No. As described in the page title and in each of the presets' description, these are MOBILE Presets.
  • How can I get the most of my presets so they can look the way I want?
All pictures, right after being taken, have their own values of light, exposure, temperature, etc. As well as each tone and color adopt its own value depending on the conditions in which each photo was taken. When applying the preset, these default presets can influence the result of the picture and the selected preset. To adjust this just: apply the preset, then go to "light", "color", "effects" and "details" and play with each value to adjust as you please. Extra tip: In "color", you'll see an option called "color mix" in the upper right margin. By clicking that option, you'll be able to individually edit the values of each color tone further refining the result of the edition.
  • Can I return a purchased preset?
No. Just as our "Return Policies" indicate, you can't return an already purchased preset as we cannot assure that the user has completely erased the preset from the phone. Nonetheless, we are fully available to help in whatever is necessary so that you can get the most out of our presets and achieve expected results.
