One of the most requested guides, where to eat in MADRID.
Let's get straight to the point, here we go:
DIVERXO, was recognized as the best restaurant in 2023 by the guide "The World 50 Best". High-end and avant-garde tasting menus served on extravagant crockery in an elegant and modern dining room.
FANÁTICO, offers a modern atmosphere that includes cocktails, small plates and traditional main dishes. The restaurant's menu has a Mediterranean and especially Spanish gastronomic proposal, dishes that provide an intense and flavorful experience. The product and good pairing are worshiped, in which the three basic pillars are combined: avant-garde, flavor and tradition. All this framed by the magic of live shows and live music.
CAMINO, located in the Paseo de la Habana area. A perfect place for after office, and a kitchen that stands out for the selection of its raw materials. With a simple and minimalist decoration, it is a cheerful restaurant with lots of light. On the ground floor there is a snack bar, another for informal meals and an area to have a drink or try its wide variety of teas. The top floor is simpler. Outside it has a terrace equipped with heaters and blankets for winter. The menu includes Mediterranean cuisine, from the market, with good raw materials, such as: Madrid-style "callos", grilled goat cheese salad (with caramelized onion and raspberry jam), laminated vegetable tempura, grilled scallops with snow peas and a touch of lemon, salmon tartare with avocado and capers, grilled sirloin taquitos with padrón peppers, hamburgers and more.
AMAZÓNICO: Asian, Mediterranean and Brazilian dishes in an Amazonian-themed space with live music in the basement.
#GuestTravelTips: On the same street where Amazónico is located (Calle Jorge Juan) there are many gastronomic options.

Its generous oysters in tempura, its well-worked sardines and its unique laing are among those dishes that must not be missed.
